I really enjoyed the session this evening. It’s the only seminar I’ve attended that focused on differences in cultures and the importance of being aware and respectful of those differences in the mediation process. I hope at some point, you have a chance to expand this session beyond 3 hours.
I can’t make the listening and communication skills seminar on October 26 but I will definitely try to attend that seminar in December.

I enjoyed your seminar class. It was very informative and the material will help me in the future. I think a little more role plays will help but it I know it depends on how much material you are cover in a three hour section. But the over all seminar was a success. I will place a star in your cap.
