Pam Matthews is a registered neutral with the Supreme Court, State of Georgia and recently worked with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution on various projects and the Fulton County Court ADR program to complete her second Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution - School of Law at Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California - http://law.pepperdine.edu/straus/ . Pam also has a MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business Management where she was the first student to graduate from the fully-employed program with an emphasis in Dispute Resolution. She has served on panels with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Los Angeles City Attorney's DRP and California Acamdemy of Mediation Professionals. She is currently on the Fulton County Court ADR panel roster and recently founded - Conflict Management Resources Group, LLC. The company provides a variety of services in conflict resolution/management for organizations in nationally and internationally. Pam Matthews holds national and local certification as a Minority Business Enterprise. She is a member of : ACR, ACR-GA, ABA - Section of Dispute Resolution, National Black MBA Association and Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council.
